How to book

Booking conditions

Delegate cancellation

All cancellations must be received in writing up to 14 days before the course date to receive a refund less an £80 administrative charge. Any cancellations received within 14 days of the course date will not have the fee refunded.

Confirmation All bookings will be confirmed by email within 48 working hours.

Delegate transfer

Payment

Delegates can transfer to another course up to one working day prior to the course on payment of a £50 administrative charge. Delegates can only transfer once, to a course running within 12 months. Any transfers must be made in writing.

Payment must be received prior to the start of the course. When we receive your booking, we will check course availability before invoicing or processing payment. Payment can be made in the following ways: • Cheque - made payable to BPP Professional Education Limited. • C redit card - we accept payment by Visa and Mastercard but not AMEX, Maestro, Solo or Diners club. CIMA takes Data Protection and card security very seriously. For this reason, if you wish to pay by card, please book your place online and select call back as the method of payment and a member of the CIMA Mastercourses team will call you to take payment. Under no circumstances should you send in your card details by email, fax or post.

Substitute delegate If the original delegate is unable to attend, a substitute may attend in their place at no extra cost. Please email or fax us with substitute delegate details.

Course cancellation Where circumstances force CIMA to cancel a course, the liability of CIMA shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for that particular course. CIMA is not liable for any consequential loss.

Prices and discounts

On the day

Full day course fees include course papers, lunch and refreshments. Half day course fees include course papers and refreshments.

Member discounts CIMA members and students get 10% off selected courses. CIMAplus subscribers can benefit from a 20% discount. Members of CPA Australia can book CIMA Mastercourses at the CIMA member price. Email mastercourses@cimaglobal.com with your membership number and course details to book your place.

Joining instructions Joining instructions including directions are sent one to two weeks before the course date. If you do not receive these please phone: +44 (0)845 026 4722.

Schedule Courses usually run from 9.30am to 5.00pm, with breaks for morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea.

Course papers

Late availability discounts Half price places are available on selected courses, excluding those endorsed by CIMA and run by another organisation, in the two weeks before they are held. The half price rate is available to: • CIMA registered students • CIMA Training Partners • CIMA Development Partners • CIMAplus subscribers • l ecturers, financial administrative staff and CIMA advocates at academic institutions • registered CIMA members in practice, who are sole traders

These will be provided on the day of the course. They are intended to supplement presentations rather than to be self-sufficient. For this reason and because problems of copyright occasionally arise, arrangements are not usually made to produce more sets than are required at the time of the course.

Course quality When you attend a CIMA Mastercourse you will be given an assessment form on which to make your comments. The attention we pay to your assessment forms ensures the continuing quality and relevance of our course programmes.
