TOG University TOG University, a management development program, was developed in 2017 to further our agents along their career paths. TOG University has cross-disciplinary business training so that employees can develop a well-rounded skill set. While the program was adapted to an all-remote environment due to COVID-19 precautions, TOG University boasted 116 graduates in 2020, maintaining a pre-pandemic graduation level.

An external survey conducted by Tecoloco backed this up, as we were once again mentioned as a top five most attractive company to work for in El Salvador in the call center business.
