Design as a lifestyle. As a result of an aesthetic research inspired by ergonomics and simplicity, Ciclotte Bike is made of high-tech materials: carbon, steel and glass fibre. Design and style express the strong sporty vocation of Ciclotte Bike: the shape of the frame, specially created to fit the five spinning positions, makes the approach to the exercise unique and brings the rider to experience the excitement of a road race. Evolution of Ciclò monocycle, that since 2007 is part of the Italian Design Museum, Ciclotte Bike seduces with its shape and innovative design.
Design da vivere. Frutto di una ricerca estetica ispirata a ergonomia ed essenzialità, Ciclotte Bike è realizzata con materiali high-tech: carbonio, acciaio e fibra di vetro. Estetica e stile esprimono la forte vocazione sportiva di Ciclotte Bike: il design del telaio concepito per adattarsi alle 5 posizioni dello spinning, rende unico l’approccio all’esercizio e apre l’orizzonte del rider all’emozione della corsa su strada. Evoluzione del monociclo Ciclò, che dal 2007 fa parte del Museo del Design Italiano, Ciclotte Bike conquista per le sue linee e il suo stile estremamente innovativo.

Transmission The hallmark of Ciclotte Bike is the transmission with its unique pulley system.This revolutionary mechanism multiplies the number of rotations of the flywheel in order to generate a great intensity magnetic field able to faithfully reproduce the dynamics of riding on the road.
La trasmissione Il tratto distintivo di Ciclotte Bike è la trasmissione con sistema a puleggia. Questo rivoluzionario meccanismo moltiplica il numero di rotazioni del volano andando a generare un campo magnetico di grande intensità in grado di riprodurre le dinamiche della pedalata su strada.
Regulation The seat, made of gel or carbon, can be adjusted in height, in oblique and horizontally through the movement of the wheel cover. The carbon handlebars, one of the most distinctive features of Ciclotte Bike, are grade adjustable, to favour a constant exercise of the arm.
Le regolazioni Il sellino, in gel o in carbonio, è regolabile in altezza, in inclinazione e in orizzontale tramite il movimento del copriruota. Le impugnature in carbonio, uno dei tratti più caratterizzanti di Ciclotte Bike, sono regolabili nell’inclinazione e favoriscono una costante sollecitazione degli avambracci.

Shapes and surfaces simplify themselves. Teckell’s motto “Italian design looks forward” meets Ciclotte’s “Ride on design” in the realization of the first-ever made transparent crystal exercise bike. The transparency connects the 2 structural parts of the bike like an invisible bridge, the result is a revolution in the design of fitness equipment. A sculpture that enhances function, guaranteeing optimum performance thanks to its sophisticated mechanics and ergonomics. Ciclotte Teckell: the style of crystal surfaces dresses up a piece of design.
Le linee e le superfici si semplificano. La filosofia “Italian design looks forward” di Teckell si fonde con “Ride on design” di Ciclotte, per la creazione di una cyclette che per la prima volta sperimenta la trasparenza e l’eleganza del cristallo. Il vetro collega le due parti meccaniche/strutturali come un ponte invisibile, il risultato è una rivoluzione nel design degli attrezzi per l’esercizio. Beginning from watching your own movies and music till the simulation of routes on trails and roads, thanks to a dedicated App that can provide useful information on the speed and distance travelled.

Real workouts on design weights. Thanks to the innovative set of modular weights, featuring a patented hooking mechanism, it will be possible to quickly change the weight used during the training from 1.5 kg to 6 kg, allowing the user to perform for the first time real workouts and body building sessions on design weights. The kit of dumbbell has been awarded IDA “International Design Awards”. The set recalls the history of Ciclotte Bike reproducing its iconic circular shape related to the “circle of life” and sharing its aesthetic identity: a piece of design and a functional fitness tool.
Sessioni di allenamento con pesi di design. Grazie all’innovativo set di pesi modulari, caratterizzato da un meccanismo di gancio, è possibile variare velocemente il peso utilizzato da 1.5 a 6 kg, consentendo di svolgere per la prima volta vere e proprie sessioni di allenamento e body building con pesi di design. Il kit è stato premiato agli International Design Awards. Il set ripercorre la storia di Ciclotte Bike riproducendo l’iconica forma circolare legata al “cerchio della vita” e ne condivide l’identità estetica, in equilibrio tra elemento di design e strumento di fitness.

A sculpture mirror to perform wall-bar workouts
Uno specchio / scultura per eseguire allenamenti a parete.
Wall-bar recalls the history of the Bike, by reproducing its iconic circular shape related to the “circle of life”, sharing its aesthetic identity and being, first of all, a piece of design and a real and functional fitness tool.
Ciclotte Wall-bar richiama direttamente la storia della Bike, riproducendone l’iconica forma circolare legata al “cerchio della vita”, condividendone l’identità estetica ed essendo, prima di tutto, un oggetto di design ed uno strumento di fitness reale e funzionale.
Thanks to the innovative shape, whose structure is ergonomically distributed around the body like in Leonardo’s Vitruvian Man, the user will be able to perform highperformance body workouts. Developed in co-operation with Woodfriend and designed by Davide Negri and Luca Schieppati, Ciclotte Wall-bar is an unmissable complement for any interior design and luxury gym project: a real gymnastic ladder, but a unique mirror when the exercising racks are folded away.
La forma innovativa, caratterizzata da un telaio distribuita ergonomicamente attorno al corpo come nell’Uomo vitruviano di Leonardo, permette all’utente di eseguire sessioni di allenamento anche ad alta intensità. Nata dalla collaborazione con Woodfriend e sviluppata dai designer Davide Negri e Luca Schieppati, Ciclotte Wall-bar è un complemento immancabile per qualsiasi progetto di interior design e palestra esclusiva: una vera spalliera, ma uno specchio unico quando gli appositi elastici studiati per l’esecuzione degli esercizi vengono riposti.

Worked and assembled by hand in all its parts, the Ciclotte DTales combines a bouquet of 7 different colours and types of open-pore finished woods, from which our customers will have the opportunity to choose the one that best matches his/her parquet or home furnishings,wooden inlays and mat carbon fiber in a structure that seems to be in perpetual movement.

The designer. Luca Schieppati - When an idea becomes a real product. Italian born in 1979, he earned a Degree in Industrial Design from the Polytechnic of Milan and now he is a professor at the European Design Institute where he teaches courses in graphic art and computer graphics.
