he Breast Center at The Dyson Center for Cancer Care looks to address the individual needs of each patient. By integrating state-of-the-art services with the human touch of caring professionals, the Breast Center creates a supportive health care experience that facilitates short and long-term healing. Our highly specialized team of skilled and compassionate clinicians is committed to providing patients and their families with the comfort, care and support they deserve as they navigate this challenging time in their lives. The team is composed of Director of Breast Surgery Dr. Angela J. Keleher. She has many years of experience practicing breast surgery including a clinical breast fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She is joined by Dr. Hank Schmidt whose training includes Surgical Oncology Fellowship at the University of Chicago, General Surgery at the Medical College of Georgia, and

PhD program from the Institute of Molecular Medicine and Genetics. Another integral part of our team is Sara Winterleitner, Nurse Practitioner, who is specialty trained and certified in Oncology.The team was most recently joined by Dr. Gregory J. Zanieski whose training includes Surgical Oncology Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Previously he was Chief Resident at the New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn. The Dyson Center for Cancer Care at Vassar Brothers Medical Center provides the highest level of multidisciplinary approach to cancer diagnosis and treatment. Our physicians participate in several national and international clinical trials in breast cancer research in an ongoing commitment to seek the best treatments for our patients.
