You Are Worth It
What is worth? Webster’s dictionary defines worth as, equivalent in value to the sum or item specified. The value equivalent to that of someone or something under consideration, the level at which someone or something deserves to be valued or rated. So when the scripture reads, “Proverbs 31:10 she is worth far more than rubies.” That means that God sees you as something very special. The value of the most expensive ruby is $375,802.00. Could you even imagine having that amount of money? God says we are worth FAR MORE than that! WE ARE FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE! In today’s society, it’s all about big butts, big lips, flat stomachs, 18” hair, and so on and so forth. No one has standards or morals anymore. What happened to waiting until marriage to have sex? No, I won’t front or fake like I didn’t lose my virginity at 14 but that wasn’t all I lost. Thinking over your life, what does “worth” mean to you?

Not Feeling Worthy?
Sometimes due to society, friends, or even family, we can sometimes feel unworthy. But God has created us fearfully and wonderfully. God’s Word says, Psalm 139:14 (KJV) I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. (NLT) 14Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. (NIV) 14I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. What are some of the reasons you feel unworthy?

Even though I didn’t feel worthless, I didn’t feel worthy either. The things I allowed people to do to me proved that I didn't know my worth. It's important for us as females to know that we are royalty; heiress to the thorn in the kingdom of God. God created us specifically, so focus on His word when people are spitting their negative comments or conniving lies. Accountability Once you identify what they are you are now able to stop them from happening. It may be difficult because you are used to these things being done to you as well as, the person is used to doing them to you. So, when you implement change, you may get a lot of backlash. But know that God is there with you and pray for women that you can confide in and that will keep you accountable.
