2014 Santa Mini Session Guide
Thank you for booking a Santa Mini Session with Christina Frost Photography! Mini Sessions are being held at my home studio. The address is: 7418 Hartcrest Place, Converse, TX 78109. A few Holiday props will also be included for your use. As a reminder your session will be 10 minutes long and include a Santa meet and greet with photography, 5 Digital images, and a Print Release. The sessions will take place Friday, December 5th and will cost $75.00 plus tax to be paid before or at your session by cash or credit/debit card. (Total: $81.09, $71.09 after deposit deduction) A few reminders: -Mini sessions are sold out at this time. If you paid a deposit to hold your session time it will be deducted from your total. If you did not you are required to pay the total ($81.09) no later than the day of your session. -Payments can be made by cash at the beginning of your session or by credit card PRIOR to your arrival. Please message me right away for an invoice. -Your session is only 10 minutes long, be prepared to be photographed right away. -Please be on time to your session. If you are late there is no
guarantee you’ll be photographed. If you arrive 5 minutes into your session you will only have a five minute session. -Make sure babies and children are well fed so they’re happy. Please make sure your child’s face is clean and remember to Smile! If you know your little one will be frightened ease them into the photos, we can bring in cookies and make them comfortable as seen below. -Please wait outside the studio until it’s your session start time. This will ensure the prior client gets their full time and you’ll get yours as well. -If you have any special request photos please let us know as soon as you arrive, we’ll try our best to photograph those special memories. -Would you like Santa to know your child’s name when they arrive? Please message me with their name no later than Thursday, December 4th. -During your session you will have the option of using our wooden rocking chair OR our tan settee. Please let me know before your session which you’d like to use. If I do not hear from you the Wooden Rocking Chair will be used. Because of the length of the session only one will be used per session.
How will I receive my digital downloads? After your session you’ll receive a link and password to your online album. Once there you’ll have access to you images for two weeks, and will be able to download your high resolution images as well as a print release. You can also share this album with family and friends! The best part of digital mini sessions is that you’ll receive your images in about 48 hours. If you are unable to keep your session date please let us know immediately as we have a waiting list.
