The gross sales volume climbed to its highest mark in many years reaching $264,777,333, with 388 closed units. In addition, our active listing volume is at the lowest point since 2009! The average sales price has gone from $656,282 in 2016 to $688,588 in 2017, and the median sales price has also risen from $358,500 in 2016 to $417,250 in 2017.
