Research Training Boot Camp strengthens nursing research

ChristianaCare’s interprofessional Research Boot Camp presents interested nurses and other caregivers with the infrastructure, education and support to successfully complete a feasible, ethical and relevant research protocol. Nurses in the training aim to enhance patient outcomes or nurse experience by applying research methods to questions relating to the practice of nursing. All program-generated research studies focus on nursing practice and align with ChristianaCare Nursing’s Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan goals.
