Christ Birthday Offering

Why We Give
What if you could give a different kind of gift this Christmas?
While this time of year is known for the list of things people want, millions of people around the world have a list of things they need.
This is why we come together as a church every Christmas to give a special offering that helps to fund our mission projects throughout the year—and why we believe this kind of gift is the greatest gift on our list.
It’s the kind of gift that will give…
• access to clean drinking water for women and children in rural villages of Kenya (see page 22)
• a safe place to call home for foster children in South Florida (page 14)
• and critical relief supplies to families who’ve lost everything in a storm (more on this on page 38)
While opening gifts on Christmas offers a moment of joy, this gift offers something eternal—the kind of gift that lasts more than just one day. This Christmas, let’s make a difference by giving something different.

Add this gift to your list.

Children and Families
Delivering hope to every home.
In the race to the heart of the next generation, the first one there wins—and we want to Get There First. For 40 years, we’ve partnered with leading organizations to reach every heart in every home with the hope of Jesus. Whether it’s a young mom facing a crisis or an orphan needing a safe place to sleep—your Christ Birthday Offering transforms generations and impacts eternities.
FOSTER CARE
Place of Hope
Founded in 2001 by Pastors Tom & Donna Mullins, this state-licensed children’s home offers programs aimed at breaking cycles of abuse, neglect, homelessness, and poverty. Through our partnership, we’ve supported over 40,000 children and families across Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.
4Kids
We’re supporting foster and adoptive families in our church and our region through a CarePortal meeting critical needs, practical and spiritual mentorship, monthly “parents night out,” and more as we collectively carry the weight so these families can run this race for the long haul!
The Hands & Feet
This year, we redesigned the playroom at the Department of Children & Families (DCF)—where kids placed in foster care spend their first moments—to make it a comforting and safe space during their transition.
AT-RISK MOMS
Hearts for Moms
We’re breaking the poverty cycle for single moms through life skills and mentorships for personal and spiritual growth. As we supplement the cost of housing, childcare, education, transportation, and basic needs, these women are empowered to finish their education or work full-time.
First Care Women’s Clinic, Care Net, and the Okeechobee Pregnancy Center
We continued to support crisis pregnancy centers throughout our region in their collective efforts to provide women with the medical care, counseling, and support needed to choose life.
Words can’t express what this means for my family!
See how your generosity impacted a single mom in our church who was left paralyzed at 9 weeks pregnant after a tragic incident.

Alisha

With over 275,000 students in public schools in Palm Beach, Martin, Okeechobee, St. Lucie, and Indian River counties—we know that we have to reach students right where they are. This past year, because of your Christ Birthday Offering, God has opened the doors for us to deliver hope to the hallways in schools throughout our region.
SCHOOLS
First Priority and Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)
We are in schools all across our region reaching students and athletes with the love and message of Jesus.

UGANDA AFRICA
Uganda Children & Families
Delivering hope to the heart of the next generation, in every nation.
In the country of Uganda, over 60% of its population are children—making it the largest youth population in the world. But Uganda also has one of the largest populations of orphans, with many of these children having no place to call home. This is why Watoto exists.
Watoto Ministries is a church and missions organization in Uganda with the goal of raising the next generation of African leaders. They’ve developed the “Watoto Model,” rescuing abandoned and neglected children and empowering vulnerable women, so that together, they can become leaders who impact their communities and rebuild their nation. At Watoto, children find mothers to love them, education to inspire them, healthcare to strengthen them, and their value and identity in Jesus.
In 2023, we established a new partnership with Watoto to take the heart of Get There First from our own neighborhoods into the nations of the world!

Watoto Village
A Watoto Village is where a child can truly experience the love of a family. In each house, a Watoto mother raises 8 orphaned children—and collectively, Watoto cares for over 3,000 children. These villages have classrooms, medical clinics, churches, playgrounds, sports fields, and, most of all, a place to call home.
In 2024, we sponsored a Watoto Village for the entire year— caring for 72 children and their village mothers through food, clothing, medical care, and education!

Baby Watoto
Many babies in Uganda are often found abandoned at bus stops, churches, hospitals, and even on the side of the road. At Baby Watoto, these infants are given the best possible start in life through a dedicated nanny, who mothers them as if they were her own until they’re ready to move into a Watoto Village.

UGANDA AFRICA Watoto
Neighbourhood
The harsh reality for many African women is a life burdened by poverty, disease, and hopelessness as they are left to care for not only themselves but also their entire family. Watoto’s Neighbourhood program empowers women by providing adult literacy classes, discipleship, business skills training, and job opportunities—not only equipping their family’s future, but restoring their dignity.

Eunice’s Story
At 15, Eunice lost her mother, leaving her alone to care for her siblings. At 17, she married a man who promised her a better future—only to face abuse and abandonment while pregnant. Looking for a way out, she was forced to leave her children behind, ending up homeless and sleeping on the streets. After finding Watoto’s Neighbourhood program, today, Eunice is not only reunited with her children but has a home of her own and a career to sustain her family.
Today, I’m breaking the cycle and giving my children—and other women in my village— hope for our future.
Eunice
Hear how your Christ Birthday Offering will empower Ugandan women like Eunice to be the mothers and leaders God has called them to be.

UGANDA AFRICA

Medical Mission Trip
This past summer, Christ Fellowship sent a specialized 10-person medical and dental team to Uganda to serve directly alongside Watoto in caring for babies and children from the Watoto Villages. The team performed general health exams, dental cleanings, and dental treatments—but most importantly, prayed over every child in their care.

Dr. Mary’s Story
Dr. Mary is the lead Dentist at Watoto, a clinic with a small team of just 13 medical and dental professionals overseeing the care of 1,400+ children from the Watoto Villages. The clinic often gets so busy that they can’t treat every child in need of treatment, but while our medical and dental team was on the ground, they were able to partner together to care for more children than ever before!
More than just the work you’re doing, the most outstanding thing I’ve seen is that your team is prayerful—declaring Scripture over these children in our care. And while your team didn’t know my story and the year of personal loss I’ve had losing my own child, their prayers even sustained me.
Dr. Mary
Hear Dr. Mary, a Watoto Dentist, share how Christ Fellowship’s Medical Mission Trip team cared for the children of Watoto—and how they even impacted Mary’s life!

One Step at a Time
How we can solve the world water crisis
In rural regions of Africa, natural water sources like ponds are often dirty and contaminated with disease-causing bacteria. Women and children must travel great distances to get this water and then carry it back home in jugs and buckets.
The walking route to get water is not only far but filled with hazards and dangerous obstacles.
These women and children make this long, dangerous journey carrying as much as 70 pounds on their backs.
But the best solution is for each village to have a well, where people can access clean water right at home.
Water trucks provide a temporary solution to give access to clean water closer to home.

KENYA AFRICA
Kenya
Why water?
In rural regions of Africa, millions of people walk miles for water— with women and children primarily carrying the weight of this responsibility, literally. These long treks average four miles roundtrip and cost not only their time but their education, income, health, and sometimes even their lives.
Through our partnership with WorldServe International, we have a goal to help solve the world water crisis by 2030 —which would mean access to clean water for every person on the planet. As Africa’s leading provider of solar-powered water wells, WorldServe builds sustainable solutions through clean water, sanitation, education, and economic opportunities.
790 MILLION
PEOPLE An estimated in the world live without access to clean water.

In Africa, women and children
spend up to 6 hours a day walking an average of 4 miles just to get access to a water source.
Delivering hope one water well at a time.
In 2023, we traveled to Kenya to be a part of the commissioning ceremony for a water well we funded and built together through our Christ Birthday Offering. Today, the Isinya Well in Kajiado County, Kenya, provides an accessible, clean water source for thousands of villagers, school children, and local churches— there’s now so much water they’ve even been able to use the excess to beautify their school grounds!

Hear From Shamy
Shamy, an 8th grade student at Isinya Primary School in Kenya, used to have to miss school to walk miles for dirty water from the nearest river— often getting sick from water-borne diseases. Now, she no longer suffers from illness or dehydration and can focus on her education!
Hear Shamy share in her own words how this water well built by Christ Fellowship is changing her life!

KENYA AFRICA
Delivering hope through dignity.

Community Restrooms Project
Having access to a clean water well not only impacts physical health, but improves personal hygiene. For girls at the Isinya Primary School in Kenya, mass restrooms including toilets, sinks, and showers used to be a long, sometimes dangerous walk from the school—especially in the middle of the night. This year, through our Christ Birthday Offering and Sisterhood Projects, we built a modern restroom facility on-site at the school, using plumbing from the water well. This new facility will allow girls to stay in school, renew their selfesteem, and restore their dignity.

After (below): The new modern restroom facility we built this year, which utilizes plumbing from the water well we opened last year!
AFTER
Before (above): Girls from Isinya School had to bathe outdoors with no privacy or running water.
Water Filters Project
In underserved urban areas of Kenya, schools awaiting wells are often left with no choice but to supply school children with water from dirty and contaminated sources—causing many kids to miss school either from fetching water or getting sick from water-borne diseases. Through your Christ Birthday Offering, we will change that! WorldServe has created a sustainable water filtering system that can turn any water source into clean, safe drinking water. These filters can refresh and restore gallons of water in minutes— and each filter only costs $150, allowing 500+ kids to stay in school!

This year, every dollar given to the Christ Birthday Offering by Kids, Students, and Young Adults will go toward these water filters that help keep kids in school!

KENYA AFRICA
Water Trucks Project
In remote areas of Kenya still awaiting water wells, we partner with WorldServe by going the distance so these women and children don’t have to. Through our Christ Birthday Offering, we help fund getting more villages access to its rapid water supply trucks—a sustainable system of instant access to clean water that bridges not only the water gap but also the economic gap by equipping and empowering women to lead this initiative in their communities. Together, we’re not just giving water, but sharing about the living water of Jesus!

See how WorldServe’s rapid water supply trucks transform lives through water and the Word of Jesus!

CHURCH PLANTING
Association of Related Churches
Through our partnership with the Association of Related Churches (ARC), we planted 34 churches this year in the U.S. and abroad. One of the churches we’re helping launch is 121 Church, a bilingual church plant in Barcelona, Spain. After just a few Sunday gatherings of overwhelming attendance and salvations, they are already looking for a bigger venue!
GLOBAL EVANGELISM
EQUIP
As a founding partner of EQUIP, a nonprofit organization founded by Dr. John Maxwell, we empower believers in 160 countries to share their faith and lead in their spheres of influence. This year, through its iLead student leadership program, which partners with national governments, we reached 2.4 million students in Guatemalan schools with the message of Jesus!

10/40 WINDOW
OneHope
OneHope has a vision of reaching every child in every nation with God’s Word by the year 2030. This year, we’re specifically funding this vision by sharing the gospel and love of Jesus with 450,000 children in the 10/40 Window in Southeast Asia.
PARTNERSHIPS
THE 10/40 WINDOW = A denselypopulated region containing a majority of the world’s Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, and non-religious— an estimated 3 billion people who have never heard the gospel.

Crisis Response
Delivering hope to the hurting.

Through our various partners around the world, Christ Fellowship Missions will lead international mission trips to Africa, Asia, and South and Central America. We will also provide local mission trip experiences for families in our church to serve together.
In partnership with relief organizations, cities, and local churches, we’ll support long-term relief and restoration efforts in the communities most affected by Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

Every Christmas season, we celebrate our impact over the last year and anticipate what God wants to do in the next. Every dollar you give through your Christ Birthday Offering delivers hope to those who need it most.
That’s why this offering is more than just our money. It provides physical and spiritual hope for the hungry, the hurting, and the helpless.
While there are so many gifts we will give this Christmas, let’s make our Christ Birthday Offering the greatest gift on our list because the impact will outlast and outlive any other gift we will give.
Merry Christmas!
