Holker Chilli Fest promises Heat, Fun & Flavour.... This hotly anticipated two day festival is all about celebrating the heat, fun and flavour of one of the world’s best loved ingredients the MIGHTY chilli pepper. Framed by the Lakeland fells, the beautiful grounds of the venue, Holker Hall, are set to come alive with music, dancing, stalls, magic and chillies… Visitors can learn the Salsa with our Salsa Spirit Dancers, or sit back and enjoy the sounds of musicians playing the Spanish guitar. Keen cooks can pick up tips on how to incorporate chilli flavours into homecooking with demonstrations from our Chefs in the Courtyard Café. In addition to this, die-hard chilli lovers can enter a chilli eating competition

hosted daily by famous chilli expert ‘Darth Naga’. Magic displays and face painting activities will take place throughout the weekend to keep children entertained. Holker Chilli Fest takes place on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September 2014. Opening times are 10.30am to 5.00pm. Entrance to the Festival is £6.00 for adults (discounts for advance bookings are available online) and children under 16 go free when accompanied by an adult.
