Dr. Benson started one of the first Independent Physician Associations (IPA) in Northern California. The IPA network brought managed care opportunities to the local physician communities in Northern California. RPS has continued to provide primary care, specialty medical and mental health practitioners to primary care facilities, community clinics, hospitals, nursing centers and correctional facilities. In conjunction with placing medical providers, RPS has expanded its reach into the placement of medical management professionals within HMO’s, PPO’s, MSO’s, medical groups and hospitals.
