for Magpie Sports After a long legal process our amalgamation with Western Suburbs Australian Football Club Ltd (Magpie Sports) is complete and we can officially welcome Members of Magpie Sports to the Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL Club Group. Members will have noticed that renovation works have already commenced at Magpie Sports and are scheduled for completion before the end of December – well in time for Christmas. Highlights of the renovation include:
• New furniture and carpet
• A new children’s play area and family dining space
• A new alfresco gaming area
• New administration areas
• New paint throughout
• Investment in new technology to support member promotions
• A s well as new light fittings, wall finishes, and TV and AV upgrades
Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL Club is very proud of the amalgamation with Magpie Sports and we look forward to a prosperous future together as we return the Club to financial strength. Members of Magpie Sports who have transferred their membership can now enjoy the facilities at all of our Clubs including our first class entertainment and member promotions at CHPRSL.
