Diary Dates

Welcome to the February/March issue.

The snowdrops are in full bloom, the daffodils are starting to peep through, and the nights are starting to draw out - spring will soon be here! This issue we see a jam-packed diary, with many days out to plan in the forthcoming months. It is an exciting time of year, with much to look forward to.

We were very saddened to receive news of the death of ploughman, David Williams. He was a familiar figure at the Banbury & District ploughing matches. My family are particularly grateful to him for the support he gave to my nephew, Nathan, when was starting out with a Trusty tractor. Our thoughts are with Dave’s family and friends at this sad time.

Don’t forget, we love to receive editorial from our readers, whether it is an event report, a restoration, or a story about how things were done back in the day. Email these to h.dodd@vintagescene.co.uk

We hope you enjoy this issue of The Vintage Scene, and will be back in early April.
