Terms And Condition

WORK FOR EIGHTY-ONE DESIGN GROUP.

Validity:14 Days

Period of completion: 60 days( refer to down payment upon confirmation of order)

All dimensions are subjected to final site measurement.

Variation order: Any alternation not specified in the quotation will be issued under Variation Order(VO) invoice.

Payment Terms:

THE CONTRACT SUM OF RM

Stage I Upon Confirmation of project/ service

Stage II Progress Claim (Installation of fixtures & fittings)

Stage III Progress Claim (Completion of fixtures & fittings)

Stage IV Final Payment (Full completion of all works)

-Service/ works shall commence upon receipt of payment of each phase except for the final phase. The time frame of work has been agreed upon by both.

-All outstanding amounts must be paid within TEN (10) working days after the handover of the site (excluding V.O. period). Shall there be any delay of the Client and Eighty-One Design Group.

-Eighty-One Design Group does not hold any responsibility for the delay of work from the agreed time frame that is a result of payment issues.

-Payment not made within the mentioned time frame will carry interest at the rate of 2% per month(30 days) until full payment is made. -Cheque should be crossed "A/C Payee" and made payable to Eighty-One Design Group.

-Eighty-One Design Group shall not in any circumstances or for any reason whatsoever be liable for any losses, damages, cost, or expenses, including without limitation, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages or economic losses arising from any such failure to perform.

6.Design/

Works/ Service Disclaimer

Eighty-One Design Group cannot be held responsible for designs/ works/services that may later be undesirable or cause inconvenience. The client understands that all designer/ contractor interprets the client's requirement and wishes.

However, any design/ works that are not done according to the agreed as quoted shall be rectified according to Mate Pro Interior Design

7.Project Access

To supply epoxy flooring w/ semi glossy finish (white, blue, red, yellow, cement texture finishes)

To supply 600MM(L)X 600MM(W) X 6MM THK WHITE GLAZED

To supply and install Gypsum board suspended ceiling C/W Paint work

To supply and install 1500MM LED TRACK LIGHT C/W 4 pieces 12W aluminum track rail in black powder coated finishes

To supply and install 5 swing chair on the structure @ CAFETERIA

To supply double swing stainless steel tempered glass dooe@ GROUND FLOOR length: 800MM(L) X 2400MM(H)

The client will provide Eighty-One Design Group with access to the project and all information that may be required to complete the project. Failure to do so by the clients provides Eighty-One Design Group the right to terminate service ( with a written notice) and collect outstanding balances.

8.Termination of Service

Eighty-One Design Group has the right to terminate or suspend all works/ services, upon written notice, if the Client fails to make payment/ default in accordance with the mentioned terms and conditions herein.

Within FIVE(5) working days of termination of our services for any reason, Eighty-One Design Group shall submit the client an itemized invoice for any fees or expenses accrued under his quotation. The client, upon payment of accrued amounts of the invoice, shall thereafter have no further liability or obligations whatsoever for any further fees or expenses arising here under.

9.Project time frame & fees for extra service

-Reasonable time for drawings is to be discussed & agreed upon by both parties.

-The estimated time frame for the entire project time frame inclusive of the revision period will be a maximum of TWO(2) MONTHS starting from the appointment.

-If the project exceeds the estimated time frame, an additional minimum fee of RM50 per month will be charged as consultation fees only excluding reimbursement claims & site service charges. Subject to the project & remaining job scope.

10.Site Visit, Inspection & Travelling

-Site visits or inspection services that require Eighty-One Design Group to travel by air (overseas, Sabah& Sarawak are subject to claim.

11.Acknowledgement of Quoted Fees, Terms & Conditions

-Upon receiving payment according to the percentage stated above will acknowledge that you have read & agreed on our job scope of design/ work/ service, fees, terms & conditions. This quotation shall be treated as a contract legally binding once being signed. - English language/ wordings shall prevail and be used as contract terms shall any discrepancies arise due to the translation.
