Canton Fair Registration The Canton Fair visitors should get registered before they visit the Fair, and have their Visitor Cards (IC’
Card) stamped and confirmed upon registration. Access to the Fair is granted only to those with confirmed Visitor Cards. Special Notes: 1. The Registration must be done upon you arrive in Guangzhou by yourself, which can't be done through internet! 2. The Chinese exhibitors may refuse to negotiate with someone without a Visitor Card. Please bring along the required documents (as listed below) to Fair's Visitors' Registration Office for registration. 3. The visitor card will be also valid for next period and onwards. If your visitor card has been lost, you need to re-register and cost 200 for service fee. 4. Consider to the registration peak hour that occurs at 9:30am to 12:00am on Oct. 15th , 16th , 23rd , 24th , Nov. 1st and 2nd at China Import and Export Fair Complex. Getting to the Canton Fair During the Canton Fair, public transportation will be the most available way to get to the Canton Fair Complex. The most convenient way is by subway. Most local hotels will offer a transfer service for their customers for free. The Canton Fair has officially set up free shuttle buses for overseas customers from Pazhou Complex to the city center. By Subway There are 5 Metro lines in Guangzhou. You can get directly to the Pazhou Complex by Metro Line 2. The fare ranges from 2 to 12 yuan. Most of the signs and announcements in subway stations are in
English. By Taxi Taxies follow the principles of "marked prices". The starting fare is 7 yuan (not including the fuel surcharge: 1 Yuan) for the first 2.3 kilometers, and it is 2.2 or 2.6 yuan every kilometer after that.
