Macer - This workshop will give participants a better understanding of components of a family child care curriculum, how to create a developmentally appropriate curriculum and how to plan and design a family child care program.

7-First Aid 8:30am-12:30pm Ste.129 $30 PPM -This is a nationally recognized program that meets the OSHA standard for first aid training. Workshop includes: Good Samaritan, emergency response, triage, patient exam, BSI, bleeding, shock, burns, strains, sprains, fractures, splinting, spinal injury, medical emergency, asthma, diabetic, seizure, allergic reaction, stroke, poisoning, plants, bites, stings, heat, cold, and specific body injuries. Meets Office of Child Care guidelines. Certification for First Aid expires in two years.

7-CPR 1:00pm-5:00pm Ste. 129 $30-The American Heart Association Pediatric CPR program which includes Child CPR, Infant CPR, Child Choking, Infant Choking. This program also deals with safety issues like home, car, and playground. Meets Office of Child Care guidelines. Certification for CPR expires in two years.
