A unique cheese FACTORY
The name seems to be echoing the shape of the new store of the artisan dairy farm located in Bagnolo Piemonte, in the province of Cuneo, even if calling it La Fetta (the slice) is really an understatement. It tells the story of a family-run business, whose roots date back almost a century ago in 1928, when great-grandfather Carlo del Clat began producing butter and cheese in the Piedmontese countryside.
