M. Elayne Granger Elayne Granger, Director in the AT&T External and Legislative Affairs organization, has an extensive background with over 30 years in the telecommunications industry and community relations. As a respected leader in the business, Elayne’s career started with Illinois Bell and encompassed various assignments that spanned multiple facets of the industry from project management, national sales and marketing, information technology, data center operations; legal; and consumer sales centers. As a director in External Affairs, lobbyist, community partner and leader, Elayne focuses on the advancement of AT&T’s legislative and regulatory agenda while managing third-party and municipal government relationships for a large portion of Chicago, and the south and western suburbs. Prior to joining the External Affairs team, Elayne successfully managed a voice, data and video portfolio, integrating network solutions for global customers in diverse market segments. As a believer that we all stand on the shoulders of those who came before us, she is committed to helping others. She passionately serves as a mentor and committed advocate of community service.

Ms. Granger has maintained an elected local leadership role since 2003 and a national role since 2009, supporting over 30 chapters of multiple employee resource groups for over 25 years. She is a recipient of numerous service and leadership awards for her professional and volunteer work. But more importantly, she appreciates the opportunity to inspire and mentor others to success. Her board affiliations are many and far reaching. Elayne is a graduate of Chicago State University and enrolled in a Master’s Degree program at DePaul University.

Denitra D. Griffin Denitra Griffin has 15 years commitment to adult and youth development. She was a member of the Chicago Public School district for 12 years as an Assistant Principal, Instructional Coach, Program Manager, and National Board certified elementary school teacher. Denitra was acknowledged for leading the largest after school program and being only one of two providers that demonstrated statistically significant

Denitra currently serves as the Chief Strategic Officer for AGB Investigative Services. She has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Loyola University, a Masters in Early Childhood Education from Roosevelt University, and will complete her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at DePaul University June 2016. She volunteers as Brooks College Preparatory High School Local School Council Chairman, DWilliams Public Relations Educational Committee, Jack and Jill of America Windy City Chapter Foundation committee, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Chi Omega Omega chapter Family Strengthening Chairman. Denitra has been married for 22 years to John Griffin, Jr. and together they have four children, John III, Nia, Najia, and Jibril.
