Dawn Hines Dawn Hines was born and raised on Chicago’s south side. She graduated from Howard University with a bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and an associate in Spanish. She also attended Northern Illinois University School of Law and received a Master’s in Corrections from Chicago State University. After college, she worked for Cook County in the Juvenile Court Division as a victim witness advocate. In 1996, Dawn joined the Illinois Dept of Corrections as a parole agent. She quickly rose through the ranks of the Department to eventually become The Warden of Illinois Youth Center Chicago. After tens years with the Department of Corrections Dawn left corrections to begin training as an insurance agent in 2005. In July of 2006, she opened The Dawn Hines State Farm Insurance Agency Inc. She’s proud to be an agent for such a prestigious company, and is regarded by her policy holders as very personable. As an agent, Dawn is known for spearheading several civic projects to give back to her community. Dawn not only reads to the children in her community, is consistently called upon for career day for Chicago Public Schools. She is active in her Chatham community and is a former Local School Council member for Jane A. Neil School. In 2008 she did “ The Purse Project”, where she had friends and colleagues to donate gently used purses to give to battered women shelters; She does an annual school supply donation fundraiser for children in need. Dawn co spearheaded a scholarship bike ride for young people aspiring to attend Mt. Caramel High School. She sponsored a fundraiser for women desiring to attend a spiritual retreat but lacked the means. Most recently she and her team successfully raised several sweaters and hoodies for men returning from prison in the winter with no financial means . This endeavor was affectionately called “Hoodies for The Hood”.

Olivet Benbow Jones Olivet Benbow Jones is a Professional Certified Coach and a Certified Professional CoActive Coach. She is a member of the Coaching Cadre for Korn Ferry, and part of the North American Coaching Academy for Glaxo Smith Kline Her mantra as coach is “I am the only person in your life who has no vested interest in you staying the same!” Olivet serves her corporate clients as a strategist, consulting partner, C-­Suite advisor, and organizational coach. She supports a cadre of Fortune 100 blue chip companies in a variety of industries, including advertising, banking and financial services, technology, manufacturing, consumer goods, and utilities, to name a few. She is currently a C-Suite advisor to two clients and standing facilitator of two CEO/ COO-­only client brain trusts. In addition to large-­scale change efforts, Olivet is a sought-­after individual coach. In the business arena, she focuses on working she focuses on working with leaders to achieve career and business results. Her work has taken her to Brazil, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Canada, France, the Netherlands, Costa Rica, Spain and Israel. She has completed more than 100 hours of rigorous coaching education, coupled with almost 2000 hours of hands-­on coaching. In the past, Olivet was featured on an ABC News 20/20 special, as a subject matter expert. She also cohosted Job Line, a weekly live television program that was broadcast on WGN-­ TV for two years. She is a frequent speaker to both academic and business audiences. Her speaking engagements have included major addresses to Companies That Care, The National Diversity Conference for the YMCA of the USA, the Mid-­Atlantic Placement Association, Midwest College Placement Association, and presentations at the University of Chicago, the Illinois Institute of Technology, the University of Michigan, and the University of Illinois. She was formerly a careers expert for Monster.Com. She has an uncanny ability to get to the heart of the clients’ real need by drawing forth clarity, invoking focus, and guiding purposeful action. Clients—both individuals and companies particularly like her fresh, edgy approach that helps them “see it differently.”
