Sale Terms All guarantees are between buyer and seller. Buyers are strongly encouraged to thoroughly examine each horse of interest. Horses are sound and healthy to the best of our knowledge. Statements from the block on sale day take precedence over any printed materials. Each animal sells to the highest bidder with the auctioneer settling any bidding disputes. All horses are buyers property as soon as sold. No delivery is available and buyers must make arangements for care of horses at their own risk. Neither the owners, Faith Livestock, nor any other person connected with this sale assumes any liability legal or otherwise. Terms are cash or approved check. Each buyer must register for a bidder’s number. Possession will take place once payment is made.
