I give credit to all of you, our supporters and partners, for the growth and excellence of this school Your generosity demonstrates that the West Side of Chicago deserves a community like Hope The force of violence, the economic struggles, and the lack of academic opportunity in our city are not someone else's problem. We are here, we are Hope, and we are a part of the solution. We must invest in this community because the grass is not greener on the other side… the grass is greener where we water it.

I pray for your families and I ask that you pray for the safety of our students. Pray that their light will shine in the darkness and their joy will be found in the Lord.
