I am able to relate adequately with different people thanks to very good skills in communication and mediation, they identified good adaptability to different cultural contexts and ability to manage human relations, characteristics acquired mostly in the different experiences of study and work in Italy and abroad. I am able to communicate ideas and projects in public and international setting if required. I think I am prepared to work in teams, even in situations of high stress, skills acquired during the course of study, and through seminars and workshops I attended.
ORGANIZATIONAL/ MANAGERIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
I am able to organize my own work and / or others, set priorities and take responsibilities. I got this skill thanks to the university and professional career I conduct, in which, since from the very beginning I was almost always required to manage different activities according to the deadlines and targets. I think I am a “quick learner”, quickly adapting myself to ‘use of new software, ways of working and situations. I get recognized a remarkable capacity for problem solving.
