About Me

I am a creative thinker and have been driven to create for as long as I can remember. For me, art started off in coloring books and, overtime, grew to doodling in classes, taking formal art classes and eventually pursuing a degree in interior design. Over the past several years I have discovered a multitude of hobbies and passions that energize me. While in school I enjoyed working on the back end of design presentations and technical work. Most recently, I have enjoyed creating digital art and graphic design projects. I love finding new ways to express myself artistically and make my ideas come to life. I also thoroughly enjoy helping others bring their creative visions to life. The work in my portfolio as an interior designer,graphic designer and artist illustrates the diversity of my technical ability and the story of who I am as a person.

Graphic Design

Summer Camp

These graphics are advertising, scheduling, and mapping documents for a summer camp-themed experiential weekend for a group of 4. I designed the primary graphic using Illustrator to create dynamic assets such as the fire, tent and landscape that can be replicated and transferred across all marketing materials. I designed a packing list, poster, site map, name tags, environmental graphics, postcards, merchandise, and a full itinerary of summer camp activities to immerse the client in an authentic summer camp experience. After designing the materials I scheduled, coordinated, and hosted the event, after which I received overwhelming positive feedback from the client.

Invitations and Menus

For a 26th birthday I interviewed my client about her wants and needs regarding theme, aesthetic preferences, and marketing strategy. I presented a package to her that included aesthetic inspiration, color palettes, and decoration mood boards. Guided by her feedback I designed invitations, menus, and decorated the client’s home for the event and prepared it for activities. The party went off without a hitch.

Card Design

I have found a passion for making invitation cards, bridal shower cards, holiday post cards and birthday cards. Working on these have helped my develop my skills in digital water coloring and typography and have gotten be incredibly comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite.

Interior Design

Indoor Retreat

Located in Denver, Colorado this urban spa evokes the feeling of hiking minus the hike. By having multiple ceiling heights and a central destination (the cafe) it mimics the forest experience and translates the outdoors to indoors. The space supports the active lifestyle of Colorado and welcomes self-care and relaxation simultaneously.

Rosalia Fire Station

Team Project | Fall 2019

As graphic design lead within a team of 6 students, we worked with the Rosalia, WA fire department to design their new fire station. I compiled the final booklet and designed the overall presentation for final review while also assisting in overall design aesthetic and spatial functionality.

Hotel

NEWH Design competition | Fall 2018

Revit | Hand Drafting

Hotel cauce del río, located in Barcelona, Spain is a fivestory hotel with amenities such as a restaurant, gym, a two story luxury suite with private access to the hotels rooftop bar and lounge. The hotel was designed with WELL standards throughout and incorporating the reuse of a shipping container.
