How's Your Quality of Life?

Quality. On Life’s Terms. On Your Terms. I can’t write an article on a mental health topic without reminding you that we are not in control of most of life. If you or a family member are living with a chronic condition like a bleeding disorder, I’m probably preaching to the choir again. Quality of life begins and ends with acceptance of life on life’s terms, including the terms set forth by your bleeding disorder, or your child’s bleeding disorder, and your healthcare providers. But there’s room in the middle for finding quality, in your life and in your home, on your terms.

What does QUALITY of LIFE mean at your house? Take time to define it, and then take action.
