Mark Bolens 336.215.7871 mbolens@triad.rr.com www.acornconstructioninc.com PROJECT DESCRIPTION: ADDITION / SCREEN PORCH We created a new open screen porch with a custom cathedral ceiling on an existing deck. Custom exposed rafters were used and placed on the exterior to match. We also constructed a two-story addition with a basement to create a new half bath with laundry on the first floor and a new art studio on the second floor. The new laundry features custom pantry cabinets as well as bamboo flooring which can be found on both levels. A built in nook can be found upstairs with a custom bench and cabinets.
