Kingsway High top pupils K

INGSWAY High School held their annual senior prize giving and valedictory assembly in the hall on 13 October. The school’s dux is Kivaan Naidu, who achieved an average mark of 94.26%.

He received subject prizes for Afrikaans, business studies, life orientation, accounting and a prize for being the top business studies and accounting pupil and academic honours (over 80% in seven subjects).

He will be studying actuarial science at University of Cape Town next year. Vashurin Pillay came second in the grade and achieved an average mark of 93.63%. He received subject prizes for English, life sciences, ad-

vance programme mathematics, mathematics and physical sciences and academic honours (over 80% in seven subjects) and the Principal Prize. Vashurin will also be studying actuarial science at University of Cape Town.
