Former Children’s Laureate and master storyteller Michael Morpurgo has written over 100 books, including War Horse and Private Peaceful. Join Michael as he introduces his latest novel Toto: The DogGone Amazing Story of the Wizard of Oz, a retelling of the classic story from a canine point of view.

To celebrate the Royal Shakespeare Company’s new family production of A Christmas Carol, introduce the love of theatre to your family with our fun active session, and work as an actor does: on your feet. No previous knowledge required.

YouTube superstar Ali-A launches his first graphic novel. Ali-A Adventures: Game On! has action, adventure, aliens and features Ali-A and Eevee as you’ve never seen them before. Hear how Ali began his career on YouTube and what it feels like to be a superhero in his first book. There will also be an opportunity to ask Ali questions.

Oliver Elephant The Hive £6 * Age 3+ Oliver Elephant is the story of a little boy Noah who loses his beloved toy elephant on a shopping trip. Join illustrator Helen Stephens as she reads, and draws, from her new book. You’ll be able to draw along with Helen too.
