from one of the producers asking if I’d be willing to talk about a topic on Dr. Oz.” Initially, Eddie thought he was being considered among several doctors to do the segment. “I said ‘Thank you for the opportunity’ and the producer was like ‘No, we want to know dates you can come to film in New York.’ It was truly an opportunity I didn’t see coming.” And less than a month later, Eddie was New York bound to film at ABC Studios. When asked about his friend’s and family’s reaction, Eddie remembers, “One of complete disbelief. Not only was it their response, it was also mine.”

Charleston House Hunting

Believe it or not, when Eddie first moved to Charleston, because he knew very little about areas to possibly live, he focused his house hunt on the location of the Ralph Lauren store. After working for them for many years he knew all
