T. PLEASANT—At January’s Custom Home + Remodel Show, we held a grand-prize drawing for a $10,000 Room Makeover, and local homeowners Phil and Allison Padgett of Mt. Pleasant won the prize package. After moving into their first home, Phil and Allison
had invested most of their money into mechanical repairs—like a new HVAC system—leaving them with a very small budget for home décor. However, with the help of Kathy Evans, an experienced interior designer from Ethan Allen, the couple was able to transform their living room into a cozy, chic place for relaxing
each evening and entertaining friends. The $10,000 Room Makeover would not have been possible without the help of the following local companies. We extend our gratitude for their willingness to make these giveaways available to Lowcountry homeowners.
