It’s All Personal With a hope of establishing a home that focuses on easy-going, family fun, these Kiawah homeowners enlisted the help of several local experts, including Vitoria International, to help them achieve their goal.

uilding a house that is over 6,000 square feet is no tiny task, but when the right team comes together and the parties involved bring in personal attention to detail, the daunting job becomes a whole lot easier. With the help of Vitoria International, R.M. Buck Builders, and interior

designer Margaret Donaldson, this family-focused home came to be. Throughout the house, a slightlyoversized design style was applied to the features of the rooms to help the spaces feel even larger and inviting in order to accommodate as many family members as possible and still make everybody feel cozy.

One standout feature of the main living floor is the kitchen. The extensive stonework on the island and the perimeter surfaces were specifically chosen early in the planning process. “Margaret brings her clients in to our showroom to make stone selections before planning the details of the rest of the room,” explains Adriene Araujo,
