In order to inset the refrigerator and cabinetry in the kitchen, we shrunk the powder room, giving us the opportunity to add a discrete cat outhouse.
Years of neglect left this home with rotten sills and cracked paint; we chose a ceramic coating instead of paint so we would not have to refinish the exterior for as long as we owned the home.
