We design housing type 2 in the land plot of 400 sqm with 25x16 meters and design with element of Ruen Thai that seperate each area with the center court . On ground floor we have designed the activity between neighborhood with rising basement which position as semi public space. The beneficial of rising basement of Ruen Thai is the flow of wind that create cool atmosphere to the house which are the solution of our concept low carbon districts to prevent waste of energy to the society on the roof we planning to place solar panel to create natural energy with low maintenance technology
