Deverick Houston MARKETING MANAGER, UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH AT JOHNSTOWN
Deverick began his Chartwells career as an Angelo State University student working as a marketing intern. From there, he pursued the Accelerated Management Program (AMP) at Texas State University. Now, Deverick works as Chartwells marketing manager at the University of Pittsburgh, Johnstown. “I’m fortunate to be a part of a great organization like Chartwells Higher Education, and look forward to an amazing and bright future,” he says.

Adrean Harris RESIDENT DISTRICT MANAGER

Adrean began at Chartwells as a retail manager 22 years ago. He has since advanced through multiple positions at Radford University. Adrean is currently Radford’s District Manager and leads others with the Service Leadership Model that he learned from his grandfather. Adrean enjoys watching his daughters cheer, and he has recently begun a fitness journey with his wife.
Caitlin Cooney DISTRICT MARKETING MANAGER
Caitlin started her Chartwells career as an 18-year-old at Northeastern University. Passionate about marketing, she advanced from a single-campus marketer to overseeing and leading the strategy for several campuses. “Everyone comes into your life for a reason and every moment happens for a reason,” she says. “Over the past few years, mentors have taken me to the next level personally and professionally. I have been very lucky.”
