7 | Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set, then let cool until they are room temperature.

8 | When cooled, top each cookie with about a tablespoon of chocolate frosting and a pinch of sea salt flakes. (FROSTING)

1 | In a mixer combine all ingredients and over low speed for 30 seconds.

2 | Increase speed to medium and beat for 1 minute until smooth.

3 | Let frosting cool for 15-20 minutes. 3 | Frost cake or cupcakes and enjoy!
