HOSPITAL PARTICIPATION IS EASY AND REWARDING! How can I become a 2014 Fit Family Challenge community ambassador? PARTICIPATING HOSPITALS WILL: • Positively promote the FFC to employees, patients and visitors, encouraging registration and participation. • Link to the Parent magazine in your region (Logo, URL and graphic to be provided). • Display FFC brochures and promo materials in appropriate public areas visible to staff, patients and visitors. • Send a schedule of your free public wellness classes, workshops and programs from May-July 2014 to info@fitfamilychallengeSC.com.

• Display Upstate Parent, Palmetto Parent or Lowcountry Parent magazines in your location during the Challenge period. (Magazines to be provided to hospitals as inventory allows.) • Utilize all available channels including social media, e-newsletters, websites and print to promote the Fit Family Challenge. FFC TEAM MEMBERS WILL: • List your hospital as a participant in our online FAQ page and link back to your website. • Provide hospital teams with web graphics, URLs and logos for online placement, leading visitors to the FFC content log-in pages. • Provide information and printed collateral for display and distribution to visitors, employees and patients. • Promote and link readers and website visitors from across SC to your wellness programs and appropriate hospital pages. • Help you spread the word in any way we can!

Improve the health and happiness of families in your community by joining the Fit Family Challenge.

he Fit Family Challenge is a healthy family lifestyle program for our parent community with fitness classes, expert advice and nutrition information. Over a challenge period, May 15-July 10, families set goals, keep track of healthy habits online and log weekly minutes of activity to be entered to win prizes as incentives to get moving!

DID YOU KNOW? Parenting magazines in the Carolinas are working to challenge local families to get active and get healthy.
