From The Desk of the Captain Greetings TSAP members I am cordially inviting you to attend the 69th Texas State Association of Parliamentarians Convention , which will be held April 26-28th at the CityPlace Marriott at Springwoods Village in Spring, Texas. The convention consists of TSAP delegates and members who meet yearly to conduct business and set policy for the organization's governing. In addition, there are a variety of educational workshops suitable for all levels of study. Anticipate a combination of business and fun. We hope to see each of you as we vote on bylaws and standing rules that will affect the governance of TSAP for today and in the future. Our convention theme, "Chartering the Course to Parliamentary Excellence," will allow us to expand our knowledge base of parliamentary procedure while striving for excellence in communication, professionalism, and execution.
