WELCOME TO THE OFFICE OF DR. STEPHEN BAYNE Our office brings you the latest innovations in plastic surgery. Dr. Bayne is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon specializing in cosmetic surgery, reconstructive breast surgery following breast cancer, traumatic and elective hand surgery, breast enhancement, body contouring, maxillofacial trauma surgery and cleft lip and palate deformities. Dr. Bayne feels it is of the utmost importance to spend time explaining procedures, new technology, and options to his patients.
