• certified copies*, together with English translations, of your higher secondary school results and/or your academic transcripts for each year of tertiary study • certified* copy of your Certificate of Completion for all tertiary study • certified* copy of any other official certificates, such as short courses and diplomas • evidence of your English language proficiency results, for example IELTS or TOEFL • certified copies* of your passport. * For details about who is authorised to certify copies of your documents, visit futurestudents.csu.edu.au/apply/verify-your-documents

CSU has formal agreements with international recruitment agents (education agents) in Australia and overseas. These representatives are trained to assist with:

On each page of the document the authorised person must write ‘This is a true copy of the original document sighted by me’. On the first page they must sign, and print the following details: name, address, business hours telephone number, profession/occupation or organisation, and the date verified. They must include the official stamp or seal of the verifier’s organisation on the copy if the organisation has such a stamp. In addition to the above, if the verifier is a Justice of the Peace, they must also print their registration number and the state in which they are registered. Unless specified, do not send originals. Some courses require additional documentation such as a portfolio, research proposal, questionnaire, referee reports and/ or verification of your employment details. You should check the course description on the online course brochure for additional documents that may be required. Note: CSU does not charge an application fee. Upload your supporting documents when completing your online application. Alternatively, you can scan and email your supporting documents to CSU Admissions directly: CSU Admissions Email: admissions@csu.edu.au with subject line: ‘Application for admission’

APPLYING FOR CREDIT The university does not expect students to repeat study completed to an acceptable standard at a recognised university or college, or to study subjects in which they are already competent because of work or other experience. You should indicate on your Application for Admission if you are applying for credit. To have your application assessed for credit, you will need to provide a certified copy in English of your academic transcript, a description of the grading system and a description of all the subjects completed, taken from the institution’s official handbook. The university will advise you of your credit once the assessment has been finalised. Note that students may be required to relinquish credit, or study additional subjects, in order to maintain a full-time study load. For more information, visit futurestudents.csu.edu.au/apply/rpl

TAFE ARTICULATED PROGRAMS If you are applying for a TAFE articulated program, check the online course brochure at futurestudents.csu.edu.au/courses for details of the approved TAFE qualifications required for entry. You may need to provide documentation from your TAFE institution to support your application.
