Youth Sports

Basketball (Ages 3 - 12) Does your child enjoy playing basketball? Sign them up for our youth basketball class! Participants work with experienced coaches to develop their basketball skills in an environment that encourages praise and positive reinforcement.

Sports of All Sorts (Ages 4 - 12) Not sure what sport your child likes? Introduce your child to a variety! Focus is placed on a different sport each class. Participants will be introduced to basic skills related to basketball, soccer, flag football, t-ball/baseball, kickball, tennis, and more!

Flag Football (Ages 5 - 12) Our flag football program gives kids a chance to enhance their skills, while playing in a contact-free setting. Players will be introduced to offensive and defensive techniques and positions. The class focuses on catching, throwing, running with the football and taking away the opponent’s flag.

Golf (Ages 7 - 12) This class teaches your youth how to grip their club, the correct stance and allows them to work on their swings in a safe environment. This program is a very fun and safe way to introduce your child to the sport of golf.

Lacrosse (Ages 7 - 12) Participants will learn the fundamentals of Lacrosse including passing, running, and scoring with the stick. Class will be led with soft balls and is a safe way to begin playing this sport.

Smart Start (Ages 2 - 3) This program allows the parents to be 100% involved with their child. A facilitator will provide the necessary tools and resources that help introduce children to sports that will stregthen their motor skills.

Music and Movement (Ages 1 - 3) participants experience activities that foster self-expression and build self-esteem. Together, we’ll develop imagination, critical thinking, and valuable social skills. We will create a better understanding of the various cultures and backgrounds that make up our community.

T-Ball/ Baseball/Softball (Ages 3 - 12) We believe playing, learning, and having fun in a sport are most important. Children will be taught the different field positions and be introduced to catching, throwing and hitting.

Soccer (Ages 3 - 12) Soccer is one of the best sports to get your kids up and running. In our soccer classes kids learn fundamentals as well as gain confidence. They work on advanced aspects of the game including what it takes to be a goalie, ways to pass, and the breakdown of the field.

Street Hockey (Ages 8 - 12) This class will teach kids how to play hockey... STREET edition. No skates are required, participants will learn how to play in street shoes which is a great alternative for those who want to learn the sport of hockey.

Tennis (Ages 5 - 12) In this introduction to tennis we use a variety of teaching aids that foster, nurture and support the basic skill development of tennis. Kids learn the fundamentals of the game while having fun!

Track & Field (Ages 7-12) Participants will learn various aspects of track & field. Shot put, discus, hurdles, and long jump are a part of what will be covered. Sign up your future Olympians now!

Volleyball (Ages 5 - 12) This class is a great way to introduce your kids to volleyball in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. Have your youth learn how to serve, set and rally back and forth. Participants will learn the basics on our very own court!
