GYMNASTICS Itty Bitty Tumbling (Ages 2 - 3) This delightful class is set up primarily for children to be introduced to tumbling, as parents actively assist in the learning process. Tiny Tumbling (Ages 3 - 4) Kids can stay active and have a blast in this Tiny Tumbling class! Children warm up, stretch, and participate in group activities which include learning how to do rolls and walk on a balance beam with assistance from the instructor. Gymnastics (Ages 5 - 12) Could an Olympic medal be in your child’s future? Start them off with the basics! Participants learn forward and backward rolls, assisted headstands, and take part in apparatus activities using the trampoline, vault and single bar.

HOMESCHOOL CLASSES Do you need physical education experience for your homeschool student? Well, the Y is the place for you! We offer aquatic and P.E. classes geared towards those students who are homeschooled and have flexibility with their daily schedules. However, anyone is able to participate!

KID’S CARDIO CLUB Full Facility Youth Members (Ages 8 - 11) We provide a safe and accepting environment for kids to participate in exercise activities. Kids who join KCC are given access to cardio equipment and are able to participate in group exercise classes with the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian (after orientation and paying the $10 Registration Fee).

CULINARY KIDS (Ages 8 - 11) Get your children involved in cooking and healthy food preparation! Introducing new foods like broccoli or tomatoes, with familiar food like pretzels with ranch dip or cheese can help your children be more excited to eat healthy foods to fuel their bodies.

ART (Ages 5 - 13) We’ll provide guidelines for kids to complete a particular art project, while incorporating their own ideas and inspiration into their masterpieces.

ADAPTIVE PROGRAMMING (Ages 3 - 10) Our Adaptive Programs provide opportunities for fun and physical activity for youth with special needs.

16 DANCE Hip Hop (Ages 3 - 8) Dancers will learn the basic steps of jazz dance with turns, kicks, and leap steps along with popular simple rhythm techniques and fun expression. We use fun, popular and age appropriate music. Itty Bitty Ballet (Ages 2 - 3) This class will introduce the “FUN”- damentals of ballet. Parent participation and engagement is required in this class. Pre-Ballet (Ages 3 - 4) An entertaining pre-school level class that introduces basic ballet positions and movements with the help of music and a little imagination. Ballet I & II (Ages 4 - 10) Learn ballet to the beat of traditional and contemporary music! Kids will begin to explore new skills with emphasis on proper technique.

MARTIAL ARTS Tae Kwon Do (Ages 4 - 12) Hip hop helps kids of all ages express themselves, and embrace their individual style. Your child will learn to groove and gain confidence along the way. . Self Defense (Ages 5 - 12) In this class kids will be taught how to observe their surroundings, what is safe for them and defense techniques. Karate (Ages 5 - 12) Karate at the Y develops mental focus, physical conditioning, and self-defense skills in a supportive environment that promotes mutual respect and encourages each individual to do their best.
