Economic Impact of the Mall

The Chandler Fashion Center the second largest mall in the Phoenix Metropolitan area the center provides an abundance of restaurants, shopping and entertainment to choose from, plus, provides a great economic impact on the City of Chandler. The Chandler Fashion Center is important in creating jobs and contributing to the local revenue. The economic impact of the mall continues to grow as they continue to change and innovate. The newest growth coming to the mall is the arrival of Scheels! A sporting goods store coupled with entertainment brings a new level of shopping featuring a 45-foot–high Ferris Wheel, a 16,000 gallon aquarium full of fish, and 75 specialty shops to fulfill a variety of interests including outdoor equipment, home décor and fashion. They are hiring for 500 plus, part-time and full-time jobs, attracting employees from all over the country. Scheels will attract visitors from all over who will contribute to the economic success of the mall and the City of Chandler.
