Crystal Blackwell is the Founder and CEO of Crystal Clear Results L.L.C. She has more than 20 years’ experience serving in senior leadership roles in Fortune 100 companies. Crystal is an expert in enhancing workforce performance and helping employees optimize their professional development. She provides consulting, leadership coaching, and training services. As a Certified Business Coach, Crystal’s mission is to guide leaders on their journey from where they are to where they want to be. Crystal is a member of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc., and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Management and is certified in Diversity Inclusion Training.

WARDE NICHOLS

2023 Incoming Board Chair

Warde Nichols is a successful business entrepreneur who has owned and operated small businesses for over 20 years. He also served four terms in the Arizona House of Representatives. While in the House, he served as Chairman of the Homeland Security Committee and Rules Committee among other accomplishments. Warde has the proven ability to successfully bring groups together to focus on solutions to current challenges we face.

At Arizona State University, Warde works closely with various business and civic organizations throughout the East Valley and Pinal County and acts as a liaison with state and local governments. He is a lifelong learner and loves learning and growing with his work at ASU. Warde is a fifth-generation Arizona native who grew up in the East Valley and currently lives in Queen Creek with his wife, Paula, and their children.

JANE POSTON

J2 Media

As owner of J2 Media, a video production and communications company, Jane enjoys taking complicated and difficult topics and making them interesting and easy to understand. Her career has sent her across the country, producing award winning videos, and working to tell clients’ brand stories.

She founded J2 Media with her husband Jason Heinkel 21 years ago, the year they were married. Working for two decades together they have built a business that prides itself on a culture of telling “Your Story. Your Way”, meaning they find ways for the customer to be the star, then get out of the way.

She enjoys building and creating relationships through her Chamber membership, and welcomes any input into how the Board can better serve its members!

PETER SCIACCA

diSciacca – QuartHaus Brewery

Peter Sciacca has been serving the community over 2 decades in varied capacities, including 10 years on the Downtown Chandler Community Partnership as member & Chair, 8 years on the Chandler Architectural Review Committee as a member & Chair, 4 years on the Downtown Gilbert Redevelopment Commission as member & Chair, as well as 2 HOA’s. After living in Taiwan 10 years, Peter and his family moved to Chandler and began rehabilitating historic buildings in Chandler, home to fun restaurants and bars, as well as running his handblown glassware import business for over 23 years. That business supplied over 3000 restaurants and liquor companies across the US with custom glassware, also spawning a retail gallery in downtown.
