THE HOPE OF THE WORLD

We believe the local church is the hope of the world. Here at home, around Houston, and across the globe, our church is working to bring the light and love of Jesus to people everywhere.

The Bible encourages those who are blessed to bless others. Through Champions Give, we can feed the hungry, serve the hurting, and build the church.

In the next year, our efforts will reach thousands of people. We are pushing forward to serve and invest more than ever to bring help that transforms lives, changes families, and shapes eternity. Our vision is great because the need is great.

In the following pages, you will see how you can help make a difference in our city and across the world. It will take each of us to reach everyone. Let’s continue to be a church that is quick to help those in need and see more people come to know Jesus. Together, we can accomplish great things!

With love,

CHAMPIONS GIVE 2026

SERVING OUR CITY BUILDING OUR CHURCH

Through various local outreaches and ministries within our community and city, we faithfully serve the practical needs of our neighbors.

Because the House of God is meant to be a place of excellence and magnificence, we invest in projects that build and advance the church both practically through first-class facilities and spiritually through strategic ministries.

IMPACTING OUR WORLD

In order to fulfill our mandate to reach the world and expand God’s kingdom, we partner with Christian missions organizations that are making a difference for Jesus around the earth.

SERVING OUR CITY

CHAMPIONS OUTREACH EFFORTS — $20,000

We have always been about serving the neighborhood God has placed us in. Pastor Steve, our Founding Pastor, used to say, “If we are going to represent Jesus in our community, our community should be better because we’re here.” Each year, we work to improve our community through outreach and servant evangelism. Through Champions Give, we hope to offset some of the costs of these outreach efforts.

PARTNERSHIP WITH KLEIN FOREST ATHLETICS — $5,000

Part of making our community better is partnering with those who serve the people of our community. Klein Forest High School athletics relies on community support for the students who participate in sports at every level. We can help provide uniforms and other necessary equipment to our local student-athletes through a partnership with the athletics department.

PARTNERSHIP WITH LOCAL CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES — $10,000

In 2026, we intend to partner with local Christian organizations in our community, which serve in various ways to meet the needs of people in our neighborhood. Hope Haven’s mission is to help people experiencing homelessness find a path off the streets, offer continued support, and mentor them as they become contributing members of our community. Elijah Rising’s mission is to end sex trafficking in Houston, and since its founding in 2012, it has intervened with over 800 survivors of trafficking.

BUILDING OUR CHURCH

FUND BIG DAYS —

$75,000

Big Days are our strategy to reach people for Jesus by creating easy invite opportunities for church members. They include Football Sunday, Easter, Mother/Father’s Day, Best Sunday Ever, and Candypalooza. These particular Sundays significantly impact the Kingdom of God. Although they only make up about 12% of the Sundays throughout the year, Big Days account for 35% of our first-time guests and 43% of our new followers of Jesus.

SPECIAL NEEDS MINISTRY —

$60,000

Our goal in developing the Champions Club is to minister more effectively to children with disabilities or special needs by creating an engaging learning environment. It will feature designated sections for activities, learning, lounging, and exercising motor skills. Children will learn about Jesus from trained team members using a curriculum designed just for them.

CHAMPIONS GIVE 2026

CHAMPIONS KIDS ENVIRONMENT — $50,000

It’s been about 10 years since we painted and themed Champions Kids, and we’d like to give the space a clean update with new branding and colors that kids will love. We’ll replace some carpets, update light fixtures in all classrooms, and repaint classroom and hallway walls. We want to give our kids a fresh and exciting environment that encourages engagement and growth.

CAMERA UPGRADES — $50,000

Hundreds of people engage with our services each week via video, and thousands more through social media. Most people will visit a church’s YouTube page before they ever walk through the doors. To reach more people for Jesus, we aim to enhance our broadcast quality by investing in new cameras and camera lenses.

CHAMPIONS CHURCH

MONUMENT SIGN — $30,000

The large monument sign in front of the property is dated, featuring names and branding that are no longer in use. Worse yet, the sign hasn’t worked in years. We plan to replace the existing sign completely, installing one with current branding and a modern design. This one project will help us better reach the more than 30,000 people who drive by our church campus every day.

LOBBY EXPANSION — $500,000

Over the last several years, we have experienced significant growth, enabling us to reach more people than ever before. We’ve created more space for growth by adding services, bringing in additional chairs, opening classrooms, designating a Dream Team parking area, and more. We hope to create more space for connection, fellowship, and relational opportunities by expanding our church lobby, which will involve knocking down a side wall and the front wall to make the lobby larger. This project will also include new flooring in all common areas, such as hallways and restrooms.

IMPACTING OUR WORLD

IMA’S HOME — $15,000

Ima’s Home, an orphanage in the Philippines, has provided a place of safety and love in Christ for over 150 children, enabling them to find freedom from their past, discover their purpose, and ultimately make a difference in their community and nation. Ima’s Home is building a new facility that will double its capacity, allowing it to rescue more children off the streets of Manila.

CONVOY OF HOPE — $15,000

Operating in dozens of countries worldwide, including the United States, Convoy of Hope has served over 250 million people since its inception in 1994. They have a driving passion for feeding the world through children’s feeding initiatives, community outreach, and disaster response. Most recently they’ve been on the ground in the wake of disastrous flooding in the Texas hill country.

VAPOR MINISTRIES — $15,000

Vapor Ministries exists to bring life to communities dying from extreme poverty. Vapor operates multiple ministry centers in various countries, serving hundreds of thousands of people every week and employing hundreds of indigenous staff members. Each year, Vapor Ministries serves tens of millions of cups of clean water, provides hundreds of thousands of meals, and offers health services to thousands of people in desperate need.

CHAMPIONS MISSIONS EFFORTS —

$15,000

Over the last few years, we have sent teams of people to serve in missions both locally and internationally. Next year, we hope to send more people into the mission field, both within our city, our nation, and around the world. Through Champions Give, we hope to offset some of the costs of these mission efforts.

CHAMPIONS GIVE 2026

PEOPLE ARE THE POINT

Be quick to give a meal to the hungry, a bed to the homeless—cheerfully. Be generous with the different things God gave you, passing them around so all get in on it: if words, let it be God’s words; if help, let it be God’s hearty help. That way, God’s bright presence will be evident in everything through Jesus, and he’ll get all the credit as the One mighty in everything...
