Emerging FS Leaders launched with first networking event The future leaders of the Financial Services industry in Cork were enthusiastically out in force for the first ever event hosted by the Emerging Leaders Taskforce (ELT). The ELT is a Cork Financial Services Forum initiative designed to help for those currently growing their IFS career in Cork to a build up a network, organise events that are relevant to their cohort and feedback to the forum on issues that affect their careers in

Cork. The retention of talent is very important to the sustainability and growth of the sector in Cork and the ELT will act as a ready-made network for talent moving to Cork from elsewhere who want to build a group of contacts across the sector in the region.
