What motivated you to enrol in this long-term training programme?

I briefly studied project management in my previous coursework and sought to deepen my understanding of the subject. As I reviewed the topics covered in the course, my motivation grew. I aimed to create more opportunities for myself in interviews for project manager positions.

How has the training impacted your skills and knowledge so far?

During my training, I learned to use management tools to adopt a new approach to project work. My communication and organisational skills improved significantly, and my knowledge expanded to a higher level.

What have been the biggest highlights of your experience so far?

The most significant aspect of my experience is that this training provided me with the confidence to start my own business after completing several projects during the programme.

How do you see this training shaping your future career?

I’m unsure how it will influence my future career, but I recognise that it boosted my confidence in the skills I developed and the tools I learned to use.

What advice would you give to others considering this training?

I highly recommend it; it’s worth your time and energy. Although it can be challenging, you will ultimately reap the benefits of this training.

What’s next for you in your career, and how has the training helped you get there?

I am to take on larger projects and leadership roles and this training has equipped me with the skills to manage teams and budgets and timelines effectively.

The programme is delivered using a blended teaching approach, including classroom-based, face-to-face sessions. The next intakes for this course are scheduled for September 26th, 2025, and January 16th 2026.
