Everyone involved is committed to highlighting the importance of the local countryside to Caerphilly residents, and to raising general awareness of the issues which we consider to render the plan unsound in planning terms. One particular area of concern identified by the Welsh Government is the allocation of over 13,500 homes, more than double the forecasted 5650 needed in the next 15 years. If you would like to learn lea more about the different groups and how we are working together to protect our countryside for the benefit of the whole community, please look out for us at Bedwas Rocks on the 25th June.
