Residential Life at the University of Hartford Obtaining University Housing: Students must be accepted as a undergraduate or a graduate student New freshman and transfer students must indicate an interest to reside in University housing, in order for $150.00 of their $500.00 tuition deposit to be credited as their housing deposit. New Graduate students must submit a $150.00 housing deposit separate from their tuition deposit. Once the housing deposit is credited on the student’s account, within 24 – 48 hours the housing application becomes available online through the self-service center Housing is guaranteed for all students who deposit by May 1st Students must have their University student account (housing, meals, tuition, and fees) paid in full prior to moving into on campus housing All students living in University residential buildings must be vaccinated for Meningitis prior to moving into their housing assignment
