Our coaching is a partnership that sparks students’ academic and behavioral growth through reflection, goals, and action.
In a study funded by the Brady Education Foundation, “students of coached teachers displayed significant improvements in academic and behavior functioning” with “improvements in academic engagement and teacher rated social emotional strengths.” (Reddy, Shernoff & Lekwa, 2019)
Coaching is a vital component of the professional learning services we offer. We build coaching into our packages and services because it bridges the gap between learning new practices and consistently implementing them in the classroom. Our coaching supports sustained behavior change and fidelity to evidence-based practices.
CESA 7 is proud to offer these low-cost or nocost offerings through a partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
