What is the Tool about and how can it be used?
bringing together and building on possible existing but disparate EDC and QA elements and/or initiatives;  embedding the Tool and its use into existing EDC and QA policies and practices;  training in the use of the Tool, and piloting it in a small number of schools; and  considering necessary policy development for an effective EDCQA mechanism. Ideally, a national EDC-QA developing team should be set up including the different stakeholders involved to establish the most appropriate strategy for its use.
