The superintendent, Arthur Culver, right set five major performance goals for the 2004-2005 school year. These goals are (1) improving student performance in academics; (2) directing human resources to improving academic performance; (3) directing financial resources to ensure safety of students and staff in district buildings; (4) providing equitable distribution of resources; (5) providing good communication with the community about district activities.
